This semi-hard cheese in cream quality is naturally matured and is made from 100% mountain farmer's hay milk. The delicately creamy cheese dough is refined with the smallest tomato pieces and basil herbs. A hearty semi-hard cheese, ideal for a snack or for a small appetite in between. Only available in summer.

It is racy, lively, fresh and elegant and has nuances of apricot, green apple, but also citrus fruits are recognizable. With its summery, spicy taste of tomatoes and basil, our summer duet is a wonderful partner. The creamy dough of the cheese speciality encloses the acidity of the wine and thus gives it a round finish. |
