The Gipfelstürmer, a semi-hard cheese in cream quality, is a full-bodied speciality with a unique, aromatic-spicy taste. The "summit of pleasures" is created by the addition of selected mountain herbs. In fine cheese cuisine, it transforms a raclette into a delicacy and is wonderfully suitable for gratinating.

Appearance


A closed, yellow-reddish rind with isolated holes and selected herbs in the cheese dough.

Consistency


The cheese is creamy and smooth with delicately melting properties on the palate.

Smell and taste

Fine notes of mountain herbs reach the nose, which is then followed by a mildly spicy taste image refined with herbs.
