The elderberry cheese is a creamy, mild semi-hard cheese in cream quality, made from 100% mountain farmer's hay milk. This naturally ripened speciality is refined with fresh yoghurt and elderflower juice. This gives this cheese its pleasant, fruity note. The cheese rind is decorated with elderflowers.

Appearance


White elderflowers form the dress of this specialty, which convinces with a juicy yellow on the inside and literally gives an idea of the creaminess.

The elderflower juice and yoghurt make the dough particularly creamy and have a compact texture.
