Schönegger Käsegold
A hand-chested soft cheese made from 100% mountain farmer's hay milk in cream quality. During its ripening period, the white noble mould and its fine, mature taste are created. Our cheese gold is very easy and quick to prepare. Suitable for every occasion: Whether as a snack in between, as an appetizer or as a main course with salad, vegetables, potatoes, bacon, ... After about 15 minutes, enjoy hot in the oven at 180°C convection.

Our tip: Dip grapes in the warm cheese dough. |
