A hand-chested soft cheese made from 100% mountain farmer's hay milk in cream quality. During its ripening period, the white noble mould and its fine, mature taste are created. Our cheese gold is very easy and quick to prepare. Suitable for every occasion: Whether as a snack in between, as an appetizer or as a main course with salad, vegetables, potatoes, bacon, ... After about 15 minutes, enjoy hot in the oven at 180°C convection.

Appearance


A yellowish cheese speciality on the inside, covered with white noble mold.

Consistency


After heating the cheese, the cheese dough becomes creamy soft and suitable for dipping.

Fits the..

Everything that can be dipped goes well with the Schönegger cheese gold. The classic is the boiled potato. But fresh vegetable sticks made from peppers or carrots can also be perfectly immersed in the creamy cheese. Of course, a crispy white bread or breadsticks should not be missing. Our tip: Dip grapes in the warm cheese dough.
